Elaine is a member of the Neustadt & District Lions Club.  Since joining, Elaine has served as a Director, Vice President and President of the club. She has served as Zone 4 Chair and she earned the Zone Chair Excellence Award in Zone 7. Elaine, with her spouse, PDG Bill has fostered 6 puppies for Lions Foundation of Canada. Lion Elaine has owned and operated her own business, The Cosy Nook for 36 years. She is married to PDG Bill and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren.

Lion Mary Ruth joined Lions in 1993.She has served as Chairman on a number of committee's from membership, Bingo Chair, Guide Dog Walk (15 years) organized and maintains the Disaster Relief Fund in their club. They have socialized four guide dogs. Lion Mary Ruth has organized the Lions training school and Youth Exchange Program at the District level. Is a Melvin Jones Fellow and holds a Bill Moody Leadership Award. Mary Ruth and PDG Vern have four children and two grandchildren. Is active in their church and community.


Gary has been active in the Sauble Beach and District Lions club for 14 years. He is a Melvin Jones Fellow and Queen’s Jubilee Medal recipient. He and Lion Lesley were involved with the A-9 “Charlie Shaw” Youth Exchange and Camp for 9 years. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. He was in Emergency Services for 46 years; Windsor Fire for 31 years, Perth East Fire for 3 years and Huron County for 11 years.
